All orders may be subject to a delivery charge, depending on the total distance we have to travel.

We offer a free site visit to meet you and discuss you requirements.
A non refundable deposit of £25 will be required at time of booking.
All balloon orders must be paid in full one month before the event date.
Returnable items (Mirrors, detonator boxes, chair covers etc) must be returned in good condition, or a charge will be made.
